We ship Australia-wide with tracking. Standard delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is A$8.95 and free on orders over A$89. Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or Korean public holidays.
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us and we'll sort it out — refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Most of our range is suitable for vegans, but please note our PDRN products contain salmon-derived PDRN, so they are not vegan and may not suit those with a fish allergy. Each product page lists its full ingredients — always check if you have specific sensitivities.
