Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time
All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in South Korea. Most orders are delivered within approximately 7-10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order is shipped.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you in checking the status of your shipment.
If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly for additional assistance.
